• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience; construction environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist project management in permits, proposals, contracts, schedules and change orders.
• Review specs/drawings for subcontractor scopes and tracking.
• Prepare and distribute RFIs and submittals with logs.
• Manage materials and equipment purchases, vendor relations and invoicing.
• Maintain project schedules and tracking reports; support safety and field admin.
