Qualifications

• Must be a registered architect with an active US license.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in architectural practice, with a track record of completing complex projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and documentation for industrial and manufacturing projects using Revit as the primary BIM platform.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, consultants, and contractors across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and staffing plans in coordination with firm leadership.
• Produce and coordinate construction documents, specifications, and details that meet Dallas/Texas jurisdictional requirements.
• Conduct site visits and field observations to verify conformance with design intent.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of design excellence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, civil, and process engineers.
• Ensure all work adheres to the firm’s quality management standards and professional ethics.
