Job summary
HDR is seeking an Architect for their Seattle office to manage the planning and design of industrial facilities. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ relevant prior experience in the areas of industrial architecture.
LEED Accreditation with a focus on sustainable design is preferred.
Registered Architect with strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills.
Responsibilities
Lead project teams to successfully complete construction documents.
Review architectural documents for conflicts with disciplines.
Provide construction observation and contract administration as needed.
