Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Project Architect to work in Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC. This role requires leading project teams, managing design activities, and ensuring code compliance. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Architecture, at least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial architecture, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit. The position offers a full-time schedule and is focused on managing multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in industrial architecture.
• LEED Accreditation preferred with sustainable design experience.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to complete construction documents.
• Manage and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform QA/QC and cross-discipline technical reviews.
