Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL is seeking a Program Manager - Industrial for a hybrid role based at our Gastonia, NC or Raleigh, NC location. The role leads complex, multi-project programs, coordinating PMOs, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders through a consolidated roadmap.

The ideal candidate will drive delivery, governance, and financial performance, mentor PMs, and engage in executive-level discussions. Requires 6+ years in program management within manufacturing or product development contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations, or related discipline.
• Experience leading multiple related projects and programs.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and business-case performance.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy, commitments, and business cases into program objectives and plans.
• Maintain multi-project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, resources, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Align decisions to revenue, profitability, quality, and strategic objectives.
• Mentor Project Managers; set expectations for planning, reporting, risk, change control, and escalation.
• Coordinate cross-project priorities and deliverables; resolve conflicts.
