TPG Pressure, Inc. in South Beloit, IL is hiring for a Laborer in our manufacturing team. You will move between stations, tying rebar, laying out welds, grinding concrete, and operating hand and power tools on a physically demanding, industrial floor.

You’ll start with an early 5:00 AM shift and finish at 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturdays available. No prior experience required—we provide comprehensive training.

Build essential infrastructure with Thompson Pipe Group – PressureJoin our South Beloit, IL manufacturing team and help produce the concrete pressure pipe that keeps communities running. Your day starts early and ends early: arrive at 5:00 AM, wrap up by 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with regular opportunities for overtime and occasional Saturdays.A day in the lifeYou’ll move between stations on the production floor: tying rebar cages, laying out welds and fixtures for production, grinding and patching concrete surfaces to a smooth finish, operating hand and power tools, and staging materials for the next run. It’s hands-on, physical work in an industrial environment—hot in the summer, cold in the winter—and you’ll gear up with a hard hat, ear protection, and steel-toe boots. We cover half the cost of your boots (up to two pairs per year) and provide rain and winter gear.Pay that steps up fastStart at $17.31/hour$18.71/hour after 30 days$20.11/hour after 60 days$21.51/hour after 90 days (full Laborer rate set by contract, not a review)Overtime is paid daily: 1.5x after 8 hours in a day, plus 2x on Sundays and holidays. Most team members work 15–17 OT hours per week. Once you’re at $21.51/hour, that typical OT plus retirement contributions can total about $76,000–$80,000 per year; during your first 90 days, it’s about $62,000–$65,000. Overtime depends on production and is not guaranteed.Bonuses & retirement$100 at 30 days, $200 at 60 days, $300 at 90 daysCompany-funded retirement: we contribute $2.16 for every hour you work after 30 working days—about $4,500/year—and you don’t pay into itHealth coverageComprehensive and company-funded: medical, dental, vision, prescription, and disability. We pay $655/month for individual coverage or $1,966/month for family coverage.
