Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group – Pressure in South Beloit, IL is hiring a Precast Concrete Production Associate to help manufacture and finish concrete pipe for community infrastructure. You’ll start early, finish early, and work with hand and power tools in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

No experience is required—we’ll train you. Union benefits, retirement contributions, a sign-on bonus, and overtime make this a strong entry into the manufacturing trades.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we’ll train you.
• Able to lift 35+ pounds and perform physical work.
• Comfortable working in a union environment with safety protocols.
• Willingness to work early hours and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and finish concrete pipe.
• Tie rebar, patching, grinding, and surface finishing.
• Move materials around the yard and operate hand/power tools.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
