Job summary

We're looking for reliable team players who can handle physical work, follow procedures, and participate in safety programs. A High School Diploma or GED is required and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Willing to cross-train as required and follow safety policies.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a safety-conscious environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork to operate in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with heavy industrial environments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attend training regarding applicable equipment and production processes.
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment and other production machines safely.
• Load fabricated material and unload stock from trailers.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and comply with safety programs.
• Assist in meeting production goals and participate in continuous improvement.
