Job summary

Forvia is seeking a Process Engineer in Fort Wayne, Indiana to design, implement, and monitor efficient, ergonomic production processes. You will coordinate with product development, support engineering change processes, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing teams.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing engineering, strong communication, and an international mindset. English is required; additional languages are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry.
• English required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor production processes to ensure feasibility, productivity, and quality.
• Manage the product interface with product development and support continuous improvement and production processes.
• Participate in the manufacturing engineering network and contribute to engineering change management.
