Job summary

Elevate Human Capital is seeking a Process Project Estimator for a client in Magnolia, Texas. The role develops accurate cost estimates and proposals for industrial construction projects, managing RFQ/RFP responses and takeoffs across civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation scopes.

You will work with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to reflect constructability and current market conditions, support award to execution transitions, and coordinate subcontractor pricing, vendor sourcing, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 1-5 years of estimating, construction, or field experience in industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for estimating and cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Review RFP/RFQ packages to define scope and estimate deadlines.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop BOMs for multiple disciplines.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates by division and discipline, including labor, equipment, and site conditions.
• Develop customer proposals with scope, pricing, schedules, terms and taxes.
• Create scopes of work, inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications for proposals and subcontractor bids.
• Coordinate development of preliminary drawings and deliverables for proposals.
• Solicit, review, and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
