Job summary

PrecisionX Group is seeking a hands-on Industrial/Process Engineer to improve and sustain efficient manufacturing for precision metal stamping and related operations. You will partner with Production, Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to implement practical floor solutions and support new-product launches.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of manufacturing/engineering experience, knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, and proficiency with CAD, ERP/MRP, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or related project management training preferred.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for stamping and related ops.
• Establish process routes, work centers, cycle times, and labor requirements.
• Create process flow diagrams, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Assess capability and adjust equipment, tooling, and params.
• Ensure processes are repeatable, measurable, and quality-driven.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance.
