Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
Understanding of production systems, supply chain, and operations management.

Responsibilities

Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Design and implement methods to optimize labor, materials, and equipment use.
Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process mapping.
Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, quality, and supply chain.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning efforts.
Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on operational performance.
