Job summary

MLC is seeking a Process Attendant to support limestone handling, kiln processing, product transport, utilities, and related operations. You will perform inspections, collect process samples, and report issues to keep production moving.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in an industrial setting, and a valid driver's license. A two-week rotating schedule (days and nights) applies, with safety and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of working in an industrial environment required.
• Licenses: Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge: Observe the work environment, collect data and independently solve problems or recommend corrections.
• Skills: Basic use of Microsoft Office and inspection and timely reporting skills are required.
• Schedule: Two week rotation - 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am - 3 days on, 3 days off.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document workplace inspections and equipment inspections as required.
• Collect samples from process points to assist quality and maintenance.
• Report issues or faults on equipment promptly and create work requests as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and safe environment through housekeeping tasks.
• Operate mobile equipment and use hand/power tools to complete tasks.
