Job summary

City of Sidney, Ohio seeks an Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator to perform field sampling, maintain equipment, and inspect industrial customers for the IPP. The role includes preparing violation notices and regulatory reports while supporting storm water monitoring efforts.

Responsibilities extend to data management in the Synexus Pretreatment database and participation in daily plant operations discussions to understand impacts on POTW performance.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in the wastewater treatment profession.
• Experience with laboratory testing and analytical techniques.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and applying regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform field sampling events for IPP and maintain sampling equipment.
• Conduct inspections of industrial customers and prepare notices of violations.
• Prepare regulatory reports and maintain the Synexus Pretreatment database.
• Administer the City’s Storm Water Monitoring Program and assist in daily operational discussions.
