Manthei Wood Products in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin, is seeking Industrial Press Operators for our flat press and rotary press lines. Join a team with four 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thu) and a 4-day work week, with 2nd shift available at a premium and overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

Welcome to Manthei Wood Products . We are an energetic, results-oriented, fun-loving, collaborative, humble, and passionate group of people that enjoy making a difference within the hardwood veneer and plywood industry. We have a hardwood face veneer division, a specialty plywood division, and a retail wood products division.

Weare currently seeking Industrial Press Operators to operate our flat press and rotary press at our specialty plywood division located in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin. Situated in the heart of the highest quality hardwood forests in North America, we craft rotary and flat die boards, musical instrument components, airplane propellers, door skins, and so much more.

You will need to have a foundational understanding of the manufacturing process. You must be a safety-conscious individual that can take a \"hands-on\" approach to understanding and operating the equipment, always focusing on quality of product outcome while maintaining a necessary level of production .

That's right, we work four days a week, 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday. We also have availability on our 2nd shift with a shift premium added.

1st shift: 5:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday - Thursday

2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 1:00 am, Monday - Thursday

Currently, overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays!

The Position

As either a flat press operator or rotary press operator you will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Enjoy physical work (able to lift up up to 50 lbs)


• Pay attention to small details


• Can identify problems and come up with solutions


• Are good at working on a team and as well as by yourself
