Manthei Wood Products is seeking dependable and motivated Plywood Production Laborers for 3rd shiftto join our production team. This role plays an important part in producing high-quality hardwood veneer and plywood products by performing a variety of hands-on production duties, including machine operation, material handling, inspection, and sorting. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with their hands as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time 3rdshift position, Sunday - Thursday, 10 pm - 6am. Overtime opportunities may be available on Fridays and Saturdays based on production needs.

What You’ll Do

• Perform a variety of hands-on production duties to support the manufacturing of hardwood veneer and plywood products
• Work on production lines while maintaining consistent speed, accuracy, and quality
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and correctly
• Inspect, sort, and handle wood materials throughout the production process
• Ensure production requirements and quality standards are consistently met
• Identify and communicate quality concerns or production issues
• Work efficiently to improve productivity without compromising quality or safety
• Properly care for equipment and report maintenance or equipment concerns
• Work collaboratively with other production team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Attendance is a necessary job function
• Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report safety concerns
• Cross-train and perform other production-related duties as needed

• Regular work around production machinery, equipment, and wood materials
• Exposure to wood dust, noise, and varying temperatures
• Physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, material handling, and repetitive tasks
