Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search or relevant professional services.
• Superior project management skills demonstrated in a high-performance environment.
• Excellent communication skills shown through clear presentations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to client kick-off meetings and develop position specifications.
• Identify potential prospects and represent the client effectively in the marketplace.
• Partner with the Consultant to develop a slate of qualified candidates.
