Job summary

ITC Manufacturing in Columbus, OH is seeking a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician on 1st shift to perform routine inspections, servicing and preventive maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working with high-volume equipment, adhering to safety procedures including LOTO, and maintaining accurate service logs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm; competitive hourly pay range and opportunity for growth through in-house programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical maintenance environments.
• Experience with high-volume production equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lubricate, replace parts, and clean equipment.
• Inspect machinery for wear and damage.
• Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate service logs and equipment histories.
• Report recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Follow all safety procedures and LOTO protocols.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Minimize downtime through efficient problem resolution.
