Job summary

Sterling St James Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for rotating 12s in the Green Bay area. The role focuses on electro-mechanical maintenance, AC/DC drives, PLC fault tracing, and reading schematics to keep automated production lines running smoothly.

You will work a 12-hour rotating schedule with six days off each month, and occasional travel for regional training. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required, with a stable work history and a 45-minute commute.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Familiar with AC/DC motor drives and PLC fault tracing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and drive systems.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Read and apply electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventive maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for advanced technical training sessions.
