Job summary

MGP Ingredients is seeking team members for its food ingredient and manufacturing operations in Kansas. You will work in an industrial plant or warehouse, operating forklifts, pumps, packers, dryers, and mixers as part of a hands-on production team.

Starting pay is $21.69 per hour, rising to $29.01+ after training, with paid overtime on weekends and nights. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and growth opportunities across plant areas.

Qualifications

• Interest in industrial manufacturing, food ingredients, warehouse or packing.
• Desire to take action and own your part in the larger process.
• Ability to work shift work (12 hour shifts) and overtime, rotating shifts, and holidays as required (premium pay for overnight shifts and worked holidays).
• Growth Mindset – desire to learn and work as a team to produce ingredients in some of your favorite brands for 85 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment – forklifts, pumps, packers, dryers, and mixers.
• Work in a plant or warehouse environment with required PPE (boots and hardhat).
• Support production by moving and packaging ingredients as part of the process.
