MGP Ingredients is a leading supplier of premium distilled spirits and food ingredient solutions with operations across the Midwestern U.S. This role is in an industrial manufacturing facility where you will operate equipment such as forklifts, pumps, packers, dryers, and mixers, supporting production in a fast-paced plant and warehouse environment.

The position involves shift work (12-hour shifts), potential overtime, and premium pay for overnight shifts and holidays, with strong safety

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working in a food ingredient industrial manufacturing facility
• Operating equipment – forklifts, pumps, packers, dryers, and mixers
• Industrial environment – boots & hardhat required
• Using your hands – this is not a sit in the office job, you will be working in the plant or warehouse making, packaging and moving

• Desire to take action and own your part in the larger process
• Ability to work shift work (12 hour shifts) and overtime, rotating shifts, and holidays as required (premium pay for overnight shifts and worked holidays)
