Qualifications

• Must be able to work in confined areas while wearing protective clothing and equipment.
• Must be capable of learning new duties and progress to chemical operator level.
• Prior experience in food grade manufacturing or chemical plant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Material packing using manual, semi-automatic, and automated packing systems.
• Trailer loading and unloading using fork truck.
• Operate auxiliary equipment including chill wheel, conveyors, and dust collectors.

Skills

Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Teamwork and collaboration

Basic understanding of mechanical systems

Fork truck operation

Good reading and comprehension skills

Education

High school diploma or GED
