MGP Ingredients is seeking team members for its food ingredient and manufacturing operations in Kansas. You will work in an industrial plant or warehouse, operating forklifts, pumps, packers, dryers, and mixers as part of a hands-on production team.

Starting pay is $21.69 per hour, rising to $29.01+ after training, with paid overtime on weekends and nights. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and growth opportunities across plant areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working in a food ingredient industrial manufacturing facility
• Operating equipment – forklifts, pumps, packers, dryers, and mixers
• Industrial environment – boots & hardhat required
• Using your hands – this is not a sit in the office job, you will be working in the plant or warehouse making, packaging and moving
