Qualifications

• Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance and utility system operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and health of ammonia refrigeration circuits and high-pressure boiler systems.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules for air compressors, HVAC units, and essential utility infrastructure to maximize equipment longevity.
• Analyze system telemetry and respond to operational alerts to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Diagnose complex mechanical failures and implement effective, long-term repair solutions.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards, specifically adhering to Process Safety Management (PSM) and ammonia handling protocols.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation to facilitate clear communication across the technical department.
