Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in mechanical repair, installation, and construction in heavy industry.
• Working knowledge of basic mechanical aptitude and general plant maintenance.
• Proficient in hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Inspects condition and operation of plant equipment and performs necessary repairs.
• Performs required emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Adheres to all safety, environmental and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain crushers, conveyor belts, pulleys, pumps, screens and screen bearings.
