Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
• Proficient in welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and drawings.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work independently or in a team.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, identifying root causes and solutions.
• Use welding to repair and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Work with hydraulic systems to keep them in optimal condition.
• Carry out electrical repairs and installations in compliance with safety regulations.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform maintenance tasks.
• Document maintenance and repair work with time and materials.
• Collaborate with operations to prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
