Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex processes.
• Interest in supply chain planning and transformation projects.
• First experience through internship or apprenticeship in supply chain or project management is preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP/MRP familiarity is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end assessment of monthly planning and order placement processes.
• Map current-state and future-state planning processes.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies.
• Analyze planning parameters and horizons for a responsive operating model.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Define business needs for system and tool enhancements.
• Contribute to testing, implementation follow-up, and adoption.
• Prepare analyses, dashboards, and presentations for governance.
• Document recommendations and SOPs for sustainable implementation.
