Job summary

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in layout, installation, and maintenance tasks.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and pipe supports.
• Interprets piping drawings and roughing-in sheets from plans.
• Installs and repairs piping using flanged, screwed, bell and spigot, compression, and soldered joints.
• Performs lockout and tag procedures to secure equipment.
• Inspects work sites to ensure safe and obstruction-free installations.
• Works with other crafts when required by conditions or management.
• Completes paperwork documenting repair and maintenance activities.
