Job summary

Dayzim is seeking a skilled Pipefitter/Plumber to measure, layout, assemble, install and maintain piping systems by threading, brazing, soldering or welding. This role also performs preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment and operates cutting tools and pipe threading machines.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years related experience (apprenticeship accepted), and a valid REAL ID or passport.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years related experience or training preferred.
• 3 year Pipefitter/Plumber preferred; Apprenticeship background accepted.
• Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or current Passport.
• Forklift and MHE license required.

Responsibilities

• Measure, layout, assemble, install and maintain piping systems by threading, brazing, soldering or welding.
• Performs preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Operate cutting tools by using saws, pipe cutter, cutting torch and all other machinery for cutting operations.
• Thread pipe by fixed or portable threading machines.
• Operate tools.
