Job summary

PRO MECHANICAL LLC seeks a skilled pipefitter to coordinate pipe layout with foreman, assemble materials on site, and cut, thread, and fit pipes according to specifications. The role requires inspecting worksites, performing hydrostatic tests, and reading Isometric Drawings.

Candidates will be responsible for turning valves to isolate systems and replacing worn components as needed, while following safety and quality standards on every project.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read Isometric Drawings and understand piping layouts.
• Experience with pressure testing and hydrostatic methods.
• Ability to coordinate with foreman and superintendent on layouts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with job Superintendent/Foreman to configure pipe system layout.
• Inspect worksite for obstructions.
• Assemble materials at the job site and cut/thread/hammer pipes as per specs.
• Turn valves to shut off steam, water, or other gases or liquids.
• Inspect, test, and verify installed systems and pipe lines.
• Read Isometric Drawings and perform required duties.
• Perform other duties as required.
