Austin Industrial seeks an experienced Pipefitter to lay out, install, and maintain industrial piping systems and related equipment. You will cut, thread, and assemble pipes, attach them to structures, and plan layouts according to specifications. Qualifications include 3–5 years as a Journeyman and NCCER pipe certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience.
• Education: no minimum education requirements.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Austin Industrial does not sponsor visas.

Responsabilités

• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, supports, and related equipment for industrial processes.
• Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications using saws, torches, and pipe tools.
• Attach pipes to walls, fixtures, and equipment with brackets, clamps, or welding.
• Plan pipe system layouts and select sizes/types per specifications.
• Inspect sites for obstructions and structural safety.
• Operate pumps to remove water in flooded areas.
• Install and adjust automatic controls for pipe systems.
