Job summary

Morgan Corp. Industrial Division seeks a skilled Pipefitter in Robbinsville, NC to install, fabricate, align, and test piping systems in our industrial facilities. The role requires interpreting construction drawings, performing precise fit-up, and working safely around heavy equipment and hot-work operations.

You will collaborate with welders and other trades to meet project requirements and ensure high-quality installations that comply with codes and specifications.

Qualifications

• The candidate should read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and PIDs.
• Minimum one year of construction labor experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform pipe fit-up, layout, and testing per specifications.
• Knowledge of piping codes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fit, align, and install piping systems from drawings and specs.
• Interpret isometrics, P&IDs, and plans to execute installations.
• Measure, cut, bevel, thread, and prep pipe for installation.
• Operate pipe fitting tools and perform hot-work activities safely.
• Collaborate with welders and supervisors to ensure quality installations.
