Required are at least 5 years in the industry, a high school diploma (Associates/Bachelor's preferred), and experience with ERP systems like Epicor E9.

Qualifications

• Experience with parts procurement and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process parts orders and quotes for internal and external customers.
• Maintain customer and supplier relations and provide updates.
• Expedite back orders and process returns.
• Ensure data accuracy for work orders and invoicing.
• Identify new business opportunities through upsell.
