Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a skilled industrial painter with 3-5+ years of experience to join our Ohio-area client in Cincinnati. The role covers surface prep, coating application, and quality inspection, with a first shift from 1:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Location: Anderson Township.

Pay ranges from $25.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on skill level. Direct hire based on experience. Candidates should have experience in metal heat treating, abrasive blasting or other industrial
