Job summary

The role requires proper paint/primer mixing, equipment maintenance, and safe use of full respirators. Work involves painting various components, adhering to quality standards, and safely working at heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wet painting in a production or industrial environment.
• Proficient in the operation of spray guns, pressure pots, and airless sprayers.
• Knowledge of correct paint and primer mixing techniques to achieve the desired results.
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and the ability to deliver consistent, high‑quality finishes.
• Capable of safely working at heights and using ladders to access hard‑to‑reach areas.
• Familiarity with safety standards and proper use of full respirators and other PPE.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform wet painting of various components and materials, ensuring quality, precision, and consistency in each job.
• Operate and maintain spray guns, pressure pots, and airless sprayers to apply paint and primer.
• Mix paint and primer according to proper specifications and ensure the correct consistency for application.
• Inspect parts and surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards before, during, and after painting.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment, including spray guns, pressure pots, and airless sprayers, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Understand and follow safety protocols, including the use of full respirators and other necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Safely work from ladders when required for painting hard‑to‑reach areas or large parts.
• Ensure paint jobs are completed within project timelines and meet or exceed company standards for quality and finish.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to address any challenges or concerns that may arise during the painting process.
