Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on wet painting in an industrial setting.
• Proficient with spray guns, pressure pots and airless sprayers.
• Knowledge of correct paint and primer mixing for proper application.
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot painting equipment.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and capable of delivering high-quality finishes.
• Safe use of full respirators and PPE; ability to work from ladders when required.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform wet painting of components and materials with attention to quality and consistency.
• Operate and maintain spray guns, pressure pots, and airless sprayers for paint and primer.
• Mix paint and primer according to specifications and ensure proper consistency.
• Inspect parts and surfaces to meet quality standards throughout the process.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols, including PPE usage and respirator safety.
• Work from ladders when needed to access hard-to-reach areas.
• Meet project timelines while maintaining company quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address challenges.
