Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of related painting experience.
• Detail oriented with good workmanship and direction following.
• Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Operate paint spray, booth, and mixing equipment.
• Read tape measures, drawings, and BOMs.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience required.
• Able to mix coatings with correct ratios on automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish daily painting production requirements efficiently.
• Ensure painting tasks meet quality assurance standards.
• Follow safety practices at all times.
• Plan tasks according to production schedule.
• Prepare surfaces: clean, sand, grind for painting.
• Apply primer and finish coats safely and efficiently.
• Maintain spray guns and painting equipment.
• Wear protective gear when handling fumes.
• Paint using spray methods for industrial products.
• Attend weekly department safety meetings.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
