Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking an Industrial Painter / Sandblaster in the Tulsa/Claremore, OK area for a full-time role. You will handle surface prep to final coat and collaborate with fabrication and assembly crews to keep production moving. The job requires blasting, painting, epoxy systems, and experience with spray equipment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience painting industrial parts, piping, skids and steel components.
• Minimum of 5 years of blasting/abrasive prep experience.
• Knowledge of two-part epoxy systems.
• 3–5 years in a fab shop or manufacturing floor.
• Proficient with spray equipment and safety PPE.

Responsibilities

• Blast, grind, and sand steel to prep surfaces for coating.
• Mix and thin paints/coatings, including two-part epoxy systems.
• Run spray guns, lifts, and other shop equipment to apply finishes.
• Tape and mask off areas, shield parts not to be coated.
• Monitor temperature and humidity affecting cure and finish quality.
• Break down, clean, and rebuild spray equipment; keep tools in order.
• Check finished pieces for full coverage and quality before sign-off.
• Wipe down and de-dust parts prior to coating.
• Maintain station cleanliness and follow shop safety rules.
