The role requires safely operating spray systems and tools, ensuring coating thickness meets specs, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Preferred candidates have 1+ years' relevant experience, basic safety knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of industrial painting, blasting, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with painting, coating, and surface preparation techniques.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and client-required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform abrasive blasting, sandblasting, and surface preparation activities.
• Apply industrial coatings, primers, paints, sealants, and finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment.
• Prepare and mix paints and coatings per manufacturer specs.
• Verify surface cleanliness and preparation prior to coating.
• Operate airless spray equipment and related systems.
• Inspect completed work and identify defects.
• Maintain tools and work areas in safe condition.
• Follow safety requirements including PPE, respirators, SDS.
• Complete daily work reports and participate in JHAs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
