Job summary

The Bradbury Company in Moundridge, KS is seeking an entry-level painter/assembler to assist experienced staff by preparing parts, supplying materials, and performing painting and assembly tasks on production lines.

You will load materials, mask and prep items, follow safety procedures, and work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. A background in industrial painting is preferred, and willingness to work long hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Assist painters by preparing parts and assemblies for painting.
• Follow safety and work instructions, and maintain cleanliness.
• Prefer experience with painting prep and setup sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and assembly work on lines and components.
• Load and move materials to work areas.
• Mask, sand, fill, and prep items for painting.
• Apply paints/colors and ensure quality touch-ups.
• Work in a team environment and follow safety procedures.
