Job summary

The Bradbury Company in Moundridge, KS seeks a meticulous painter helper to assist with painting and assembly on manufacturing lines. You will prepare parts, mix paints, and ensure smooth material flow in a team environment.

Responsibilities include masking, sanding, and applying paints, while following safety procedures and maintaining clean work areas. Industrial painting background preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Read blueprints, bills of materials, and setup sheets preferred.
• Experience with air-assisted and HVLP spray equipment preferred.
• Skilled with a wide variety of hand tools.
• Basic math skills in all units.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and assembly work on lines and components.
• Load and move materials to work areas.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Mask and prepare items for painting, including sanding and filling.
• Mix and apply paints and colors as required.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Follow safety procedures and correctly use equipment.
• Prep equipment for shipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
