Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is currently assisting a local customer in Archdale, NC in their search for a Painter. This is a great opportunity to build on your painting skills while joining a winning culture with Adecco on assignment with our customer.

You will perform powder coating, wet spray painting, paint mixing, masking, and washing of parts on a dedicated line, with a focus on quality and safety. Weekly pay and access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently.
• Basic reading and writing to follow work orders and complete production paperwork.
• Good visual acuity to inspect parts and operate equipment.
• Must be able to pass Spirometry (respiratory) test requirements for respirator use.

Responsibilities

• Perform powder coating, wet spray painting, paint mixing, masking, and washing of parts.
• Load and unload parts on the paint line while maintaining production flow.
• Inspect finished products and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
