Job summary

Staffmark Group in Houston, TX is seeking an Industrial Painter to operate an Airless Graco spray system and apply industrial coatings on schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

This role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to prepare surfaces through sandblasting, maintain equipment, and manage paint inventory while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an Airless Graco paint machine.
• Ability to perform sandblasting operations.
• Oil and gas industry painting experience preferred.
• Experience applying industrial coatings.
• Ability to clean and maintain paint equipment daily.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate an Airless Graco paint machine to apply coatings.
• Perform sandblasting to prepare surfaces.
• Apply paint according to quality and production specs.
• Clean and maintain paint equipment and spray booth daily.
• Monitor paint supplies and notify when inventory needs replenishing.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
