You will assist foremen, maintain a clean site, and progress through welding/fab pathways. 1–2 years in industrial settings or technical schooling preferred; valid driver’s license required; training and advancement available.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with basic hand tools.
• 1–2 years’ experience in commercial/industrial setting or technical schooling.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support other apprentices and foreman on various projects.
• Follow instructions from team and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Keep the job site clean and well-organized.
• Handle loading/unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure attention to safety standards and details.
• Gain essential machine operation skills to progress within weld/fab department.
