Job summary

Lee Industrial Contracting in Pontiac, Michigan is seeking a Journeyman or Master Electrician to lead industrial electrical projects from start to finish. Qualifications

• Must hold Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an industrial electrical role.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics to determine scope, quantities and materials.
• Understanding of industrial facilities including structural, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical code and NEC guidelines.
• Ability to install specialty systems, hazardous locations, medium voltage and building controls.
• Disconnect and reconnect manufactured equipment and related systems.
• Ability to install, maintain and repair electrical systems per NEC.

Responsibilities

• Utilize standard electrical testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Collaborate with other trades as needed.
• Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.
• Lead projects from start to finish.
• Communicate professionally with customers, PMs, and estimators.
• Guide apprentices and journeymen electricians.
• Plan installations to minimize material waste and meet codes.
