Lee Industrial Contracting in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Plumber Foreman to lead pipe and tubing installation, brazing, soldering, threading, and the installation of valves and supports. You will identify leaks, troubleshoot, and mentor apprentices while coordinating materials, labor, and equipment to meet project timelines.

The role requires 4–5 years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience, knowledge of codes, backflow devices, and blueprint interpretation, with strong leadership and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of Commercial and Industrial Plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, building codes, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Knowledge of backflow devices and related safety practices.
• Ability to draw and interpret isometric drawings and scaling calculations.

Responsabilités

• Measure, cut, and bend pipe/tubing to required angles/lengths.
• Copper brazing and soldering.
• Threading and assembling steel pipe.
• Install valves, hangers, supports and flanges per plans and specs.
• Repair leaks and troubleshoot plumbing systems.
• Train and mentor apprentices and coordinate materials, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed.
