Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Painting and Coating Laborer to apply paints, varnishes, and coatings to various materials and pipes in outdoor industrial construction settings. The role includes assisting in industrial cleaning, site prep, loading/unloading, and keeping work areas organized.

Candidates must have at least five years of experience with industrial painting, be detail oriented, safety minded, and able to work in all weather. OSHA 10 within 60 days of starting is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in industrial painting and coatings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong safety knowledge and PPE compliance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint varnishes and coatings to materials, surfaces, and pipes.
• Assist in industrial cleaning, site cleanup, and prep.
• Load/unload materials; keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist in organizing inventory and equipment.
• Promote safety by following PPE guidelines and training.
• Support equipment care and general duties as assigned.
