Responsibilities include surface prep, coating application, equipment operation, handling, and quality checks to maintain production flow in the finishing department. High attention to detail and ability to read blueprints are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 1-2 Years Related years of experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Prepare surfaces for coating and apply coatings.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and report issues.
