Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations.

Responsibilities

• Layout, setup and alignment of painting process.
• Surface preparation before painting, mark areas to be filled, mix hardener and filler.
• Apply hardener and filler to unfinished areas needing smoothing and contouring.
• Spray primer, paint filler and protective paint on prepared surfaces.
• Use brushes and spray guns to perform minor rework and touchups.
• Rough and finish parts with sandpaper and sanding machines for paint adhesion.
