Job summary

Lindmark Companies, LLC is seeking a Painter to prime and paint finished fabrication products and ensure they meet quality standards. You will maintain paint inventories, document data for regulatory needs, and support final quality checks before shipping.

The shift is Monday to Friday (8-hour shift) in our Texas facility. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior painting experience in a manufacturing setting, with knowledge of paint techniques and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prime and paint fabricate steel sign components according to specifications.
• Ensure proper surface preparation and application techniques for durability and appearance.
• Track paint usage and maintain inventory logs.
• Document and report paint-related data for regulatory compliance.
• Assist Fabrication Manager with final quality checks.
• Verify sign inventory accuracy prior to shipment.
• Follow all safety protocols for handling paints, solvents and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
